Danish LEGO toy company yesterday (15th) officially announced the latest product in the Star Wars theme: the "The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter" brick-built model! It is scheduled to be released on May 1, 2026, with a suggested retail price of US$249.99. The price at authorized LEGO stores in Taiwan is NT$8,499.
In the Star Wars live-action series The Mandalorian, Tatooine mechanic Peli Motto, after much persuasion and effort, successfully recommended the "N-1" to the Mandalorian. The N-1 had already appeared in the 1999 film The Phantom Menace, playing a significant role. In its original setting, it was a Naboo starfighter, featuring a striking silver and yellow color scheme. Reappearing in The Book of Boba Fett, the modified N-1 now boasts a predominantly silver exterior and boasts extremely powerful flight performance!
This set comprises 1809 pieces, and once assembled, the N-1 Starfighter model reaches an impressive length of 67 cm, making a significant statement. It not only faithfully recreates the sharp, air-slicing lines seen in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett but also meticulously restores the overall appearance and details using a large number of gray and silver parts. The editor personally loves the recreation of the cockpit's control stick. This starfighter, equipped with a display stand, can be showcased from both front and side angles and will include LEGO minifigures of the Mandalorian and Grogu (Baby Yoda).
